The next time you are thinking about hosting a special group event that calls for gourmet food and world class entertainment call our Marketing Director.

Banquet packages are available for groups of 14 to 1,200. Magic Island specializes in indulging our guests in genuine, formal hospitality that will make your event a memory of a lifetime, a magical event.

The professional staff at Magic Island will take care of all details of your special evening. All you'll need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the MAGIC!


Your Magical Evening Itinerary

Your special event at Magic Island will be planned to meet your requirements.
Generally, we recommend the following itinerary:

1. Before Dinner Cocktail Reception - 1/2 Hour
Your reception will be held in the Den of Osiris (main lounge) until your dinner time.

2. The Candlelight Seated Dinner - 1 Hour
After cocktails you will be escorted by our maitre'd to one of our elegant dining rooms to be served a seated gourmet dinner.

3. Magic and Comedy Show in the Palace of Tutankhamun - Approximately 45 minutes in our main theatre. A stage production featuring master illusions with a touch of comedy by some of the World's Greatest Magicians.

4. Dancing and More Entertainment
See close-up magic shows performed by our house magicians in the Gallery of Ramsese and Cheop's Sanctum showrooms. Try your hand at our Fun-Blackjack table or have your fortune told by one of our famous psychics. Stay with us and dance to a variety of music played by our house Dee-jay in the Temple of Isis.

This party may be set up as either a cash bar (where the guest are responsible for their own beverages) or as an open bar (in which the beverages are charged to the master account.)

Sales Tax (8.25%) and Gratuity (18%) will be added.


1. Menu: You may choose one or two entrées to be served to your guest. Should you wish to offer your group two entrées, you will need to let us know the entrée breakdown ten (10) working days prior to the event. You will be responsible for providing place cards for the entrées in order to expedite your service if your group is over 30.

2. Guarantees: All guaranteed numbers are due ten working days prior to the event. The guaranteed number is the number which you will be responsible for paying the night of the function. Should less then the guaranteed number attend, you will still be charged for the number that you guaranteed.

3. Magic Vouchers: We do offer vouchers redeemable for one psychic reading, or a game of Fun-Blackjack or one keepsake photograph. These vouchers may be added to your package for $10.00 per voucher. Otherwise, these activities are available to your guests at the regular price.

4. Dress Code: We prefer gentlemen wear jackets, although ties are optional. If they are not going to wear a jacket then they should wear a shirt with a collar. We do ask that guests do not wear T-shirts, tennis shoes or shorts.

5. Valet Parking: A valet parking charge of $6.00 will be accessed per car. This charge can be added to the host's master bill or collected from your guest upon arrival. The valet charge is waived for groups arriving by bus or limousine. Please inform your Magic Island Representative ahead of time as to how you would like your valet to be charged.

6. Seating Assignments: Actual dining room assignments are usually made the afternoon of your event. If your group requires a presentation time, it must be during your dinner time. Additional time may be available if you are coming on a weekday or when available, please ask your representative.

7. Deposits: A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of your banquet agreement. We must receive the deposit before booking your reservation. The deposit amount will be subtracted from your guaranteed number before figuring your final balance. Therefore, it is NOT necessary to wait until you have your guaranteed number to remit your deposit. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the function can be paid prior to or the night of the event. MAGIC ISLAND DOES NOT DIRECT BILL.
